"Eagle Festival" will be held on March 8 and 9, 2025. The "Eagle Festival" festival, which is held annually to promote the Kazakh people's customs, traditions of domesticating birds of prey, and unique culture, and to pass them on to the younger generation, will be held for the 19th year at the "Genghis Khan's Range" tourist complex. This traditional method of domesticating and hunting birds of prey is called "Bird hunting". This tradition originated among the nomads of Central Asia 6,000 years ago and has been preserved to this day. Our country officially registered this tradition on the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2010.
